Content here at Petite Chablis will be spotty this week and possibly next, but I have a good reason:
I am, like, this-close to submitting my dissertation.
The next time I write a post, it will be to say that the diss is in the mail to my readers. Warning: I may be tipsy when I write that post. I’ve been saving a bottle of really nice Cabernet for the occasion. Any suggestions for a great beef dish to pair with it? (Alas, we do not have a grill.)
